    Connection Speed Reference:

  • "Wi-fi/Hi-Res (super)" - Tablets or mobile phones with high resolution screens. Devices need to be connected either via Wi-fi to non-mobile network (e.g. Cable, DSL, Fiber, etc.) or Very High speed mobile network (e.g 4G - Wi-Max, HSDPA+, LTE, etc.) minimum 2.0Mbps of sustained bandiwth is required for smooth streaming.
  • "Wi-fi/4G (high)" - Wi-fi connected device to non-mobile network (e.g. Cable, DSL, Fiber, etc.) or Very High speed mobile network (e.g 4G - Wi-Max, HSDPA+, LTE, etc.) minimum 1.5Mbps of sustained bandiwth is required for smooth streaming.
  • "3G (med)" - 3G mobile network connection with a minimum of 400Mbps of sustained downstream available bandwidth. This settings is suitable for most mobile phones.
  • "Edge/2G (low)" - Slow (2G) mobile network. EDGE (GSM) or 1X (CDMA) connections with a minimum of 120Kbps of sustained downstream available bandwidth.

Additional Connection Speed Note If you experience extensive buffering, rebuffering or choppy playback due to congestion of your connection, selecting the next lower speed will reduce buffering times by limiting the bitrate of the video stream.
